In the information issued by JSSC, it has been said that by the Honorable Jharkhand High Court, petition number W.P(PIL) No. 2785/2023, Jharkhandi CTET Passed Candidates Association vs. State Government and others, W.P(C) No. 5559/2022, Suraj Bihari Mandal and others vs. State Government and others, W.P(C) No. 5697/2022, Motilal Laik and others vs. State Government and others, W.P(C) No. 1936/2023 Asha Kumari and others vs. State Government and others In compliance with the judgment passed on 20.12.2023 in these cases, Paise local resident of Jharkhand state who has passed CTET Achka TET from neighboring state and Jharkhand Elementary School Trained Assistant Teacher Combined Competitive Examination -For those who are willing to appear in 2023, online applications under the above examination have been received from 19.01.2024 to 26.01.2024, which are under review.
It is further stated that Notification No. 15/Reg. of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of Jharkhand.
01 02/2021 127, dated 29.01.2024, notified vide Jharkhand Elementary School Assistant Teacher Cadre (Appointment, Promotion and Service Limit (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024, appointment rules related to Jharkhand Elementary School Trained Assistant Teacher Combined Competitive Examination-2023, as The educational/training and other qualifications of Assistant Professor Cadre (Appointment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules, 2022 (as amended) have been revised.
He further said that the impact of the amended provisions on the eligibility of the candidates is being reviewed. In the described situation, it has become necessary to re-plan the examination schedule of Jharkhand Primary School Trained Assistant Non-Aryan Combined Competitive Examination-2023, possible from 10.02.2024. The detailed schedule of the examination will be published as soon as possible after the completion of the process of receiving new online applications as per the above, after assessing the requirement of examination days as per the number of new candidates.
